I heard of this place from the gym so I decided to stop. I loved it and the food was so good my grandson who is a very picker eater loved the tuna casserole. Only thing I wish hours were more convenient. With my work hours the only day I would be able to go is Saturday meaning I would have to drive 60 miles round-trip just to come to this store in sedalia. Maybe consider opening one day during week at 8 or 9. Another thing was I never seen any salads. Would like to have had a salad option. I will for sure be a returning customer

I just recently started going to the gym, and I really don’t have time nor the patience to cook all the time especially not to meal prep. My PT told me about this really good place that has all kinds of meals for you so I had to check it out. In doing so I’ve already had 3 meals and they all were amazing. I have also planned out my budget just to insure that I have the funds for my meals. 10/10 definitely a satisfied customer.

It made me realize lettuce is not just lettuce. Had very tasty, fresh, Oriental Shrimp Salad. No cheese and minimal ingredients but plenty flavorful. Only complaint is price…but you get what you pay for

This place has prepared meals ready to grab and go. Everything I tried was good (except for the chocolate cookies, which tasted….healthy) I only wish their hours were a bit more convenient. They close at 6pm, and i personally would go a lot more if they were open just til 630 even.
