Besides being briefly ignored at entrance by the host, this is a great place for anyone who lives in Hingham or is visiting the town. Family-oriented and well staffed. Parking lot has plenty of space. Upon entrance you can the cozy atmosphere. There are 2 floors, so couples, families and/or private events can effortlessly take place. Sizeable dishes made exceptionally well. Pleasantly awesome waitstaff as well.

Food is pretty good, as well as cocktails. Had the $10k tuna, but I wouldn’t get it again. Outside seating is OK, but close to the road, so a bit noisy. Service was also fine. Carrot cake was a bit disappointing.

Simply fantastic. Special feature we loved: the no-alcohol cocktails that have some fairly unique ingredients, and fantastic flavors. Specifically the Cafe Nuovo and Andalusia were very delicious.

Stopped by for a father’s day Lunch with my girl and my daughter and I loved the vibe of the place upon walking in. Had the blueberry bbq brisket special and it was melt in your mouth amazing. A real highlight for us was the Margherita pizza…We can’t stop talking about it. It was delicious. They put a little sea salt on it and it was cooked perfectly. The statler chicken was also a highlight. We can’t wait to go back and try some

Very quaint tavern. We wanted to sit inside because the place is so charming but it was a perfect 60° day and we decided on the patio. There are heaters if it gets chilly on the patio. All cons protocols are being adhered to. $5 for a Heineken was super reasonable. My wife was her Cosmos were delicious. Large menu. Lots of seafood and steak choices. Wife loved her clam chowder and lobster roll. I got a pizza and onion rings. Neither were anything special but I blame myself for not getting steak tips with my choice of two sides. They have a ton of sides. They have lots of parking available. Next time I am going to sit inside just to enjoy the ambience. You should definitely check this place out! Before I forget… you may want to consider reservations. They open at 12 and we had a reservation for that time. I couldn’t believe how many people were there for opening time. Glad I planned ahead.

My first time here for a baby shower and I can’t wait to come back! It’s s beautiful restaurant and we had a private room upstairs with a fireplace. It’s filled with history. The food was fabulous!! I loved their pickled red peppers, that was on the appetizer display. Yummy sandwiches and salads. I bet their dinners are amazing.
