We came into the restaurant at about 5:30pm, and were the only guests in there the entire time. We think part of the reason is because there is massive construction in front of the restaurant, making it difficult to see if it was open.

I Oder the deluxe original on gluten free bun regularly. Typically the order is prepared by the owner because it seems they have so few staff. No less than 5 times I have been given a Regular sandwich. I can only assume in an effort for them to save money. The only reason I continued to go is the food is good when prepared accurately and it’s one of the few places in Dothan with gluten free items.

Schlotzsky’s Deli in Dothan was incredible. My family and I had never eaten there before. We tried it and it was amazing. The service, atmosphere and food were all great. I would recommend anyone traveling through Dothan to check Schlotzsky’s Deli out!

My wife and I ate here for the first time and I was impressed with the different items on the menu. I got the you pick two beef smokehouse cheddar half sandwich and half chicken ceasar salad and both were delicious. My wife got a chicken salad and the portion was decent. Also the sweet tea was just right. The only thing I had a problem with was the desert, I order a center of the roll cinnabun roll and it was just a cinnamon roll cut up into small chunks and a little bit of frosting. My wife got a chocolate chunk cookie and it was soft and warm. The prices weren’t too high and free refills on the tea!

Ordered food to go and my order was exactly the way I requested. The girl in the front was working drive thru and the lobby and was so sweet. She did an excellent job handling me at the drive thru and customers in the lobby. She was super sweet! The food was great but the customer service exceeded ALL of our expectations. We will definitely be back, not only for the food but because your customer service is second to none!
