I’m so disappointed in the decline in quality. I’ve not been in a few months, but used to go frequently. Yesterday, we went and it was appalling. From ordering to the food. The cashier got on a personal phone midway during the order while we were speaking the order and put fingers inside our glasses after touching that phone and their nose. We ordered what we usually do, but this time it took longer than usual. That would’ve been fine, but the quality didn’t justify the wait. It was like day old fridge sandwich quality. We both ordered a medium, mine was a medium with extremely dry, cracked stale bread. His was two small sandwiches. We assume they were out of medium for his or recent bread for mine where it was just over an hour away from closing. The sandwich ingredients weren’t the usual quality either, nor the soup. I got a larger portion so I could share with my toddler, I was unable to trust it to share and barely could eat it myself. We should’ve just gotten our money back, but we were trying to not be trouble. They seemed stressed and unhappy, not friendly and inviting. Overall, we’ve always loved Schlotzsky’s, but it’s not the same as it once was. The table was dirty, visible dust around the salt and pepper shakers and the floor had crumbs so bad it got all over my case when I dropped my phone. Plus so many flies, it was awful! I know it’s in a gas station, so I don’t expect perfection, but it was never this bad before. Sometimes slow or sometimes the tables messy, but not all issues at once. I’d really been looking forward to getting my Schlotzsky’s fix, but instead super disappointed and nausea wasn’t what I had in mind. Please do better, I miss the food.

Back when 20 years ago, I used to work as a cashier for schlotzsky’s. I fell in love with the original sandwich and I’ve loved it ever since. To this day I still stop by and grab me a sandwich every time I make my trip from Indiana to Nashville every couple of months. I will always and forever be a schlotzsky’s fan. I can write so much about it but I don’t even know where to begin.

If you don’t eat meat or pork they got vegetarian breakfast wraps! And they’re delicious especially with the salsa. These are not warmed up sandwiches these were COOKED and wrapped by them. Pickup one y’all!

This is not your typical Schlotzsky’s. This was our second visit and they are consistent with providing poor service and a filthy dining room. To be fair, it was just kids working the counter and they did not care. The cashier walked away and left me standing for quite a while. When they returned, a woman approached and asked if they could clean off a table, she received a cold look, but no response. The dining room was also filled with flies on both trips. I thought we just caught them at a bad time, but apparently it is typical. We won’t make the same mistake a third time.

Not very courteous or friendly. I paid 1.50 extra for pepperoni and got 3 pepperonis. Barely any toppings. I asked about deals and she couldn’t even tell me so I didn’t get anything but pizza. And it wasn’t cooked all the way I had to put it in the oven when I got home. Terrible!

My first time ever. There were 4 of us that placed sandwich orders all on one ticket. 3 came out as what was ordered, but my turkey bacon club on cheddar jalapeno bread was not what I ordered. The server (who used to live in Ft. Lauderdale) apologized profusely and redid my sandwich and gave us 4 large cinnabons for our inconvenience and wished us well on our travels onto Pennsylvania and to Florida. We ate our delicious, tasty sandwiches and the order taker came over to our table with the bagged up mini cinnabons we actually did order earlier. All shook their heads and gave us a big grin. The service was superb, the sandwiches yummy. Sure wish we had a Schlotzsky’s near Daytona Florida. They would be my one stop for all the other provisions they carry.
