If you have a 30 minute lunch. Definitely don’t come here. Only 2 cars ahead of me and was in the drive thru for 25 minutes. I ordered a small sandwich. I finished my chips and drink before I got my sandwich. I don’t get it, are peoples work ethic really this bad now?

1st time at a Schlotzsky’s. Went through drive thru. Order took a few mins waiting. But I believe they make the sandwich when you order. I don’t mind waiting for my food as long as it is good. My sandwich was outstanding! Guess they are known for their crusty round buns/ bread! It was very good and flavorful. Large portion, would like to try other food items.

I have never eaten here before today. I went to the drive thru. The guy working was so friendly and helpful. He suggested some of his favorites and was very informative. Also, the sandwich was excellent. I will be back;) great customer service and wonderful food.

Waited 15 minutes for a salad with no one else at the drive-thru or in the Cafe waiting and headed home to eat. The lettuce was slimy and rotten. Schlotzsky’s sure isn’t the place it used to be! This is disgusting. Never going back.

I’m so impressed with the service, I haven’t even tasted the sandwich yet. Friendly, genuine customer service here that practically doesn’t exist anymore. Both gentlemen I saw weren’t taking orders, they were creating an experience and going above and beyond. Almost answering your questions before you could think of them.

I came to schloskys for dinner and had to wait in the drive through for 40 minutes. I would have left if I had the chance in a single lane drive through I had somehwere to be. Very inconvenient to have to wait 40 minutes for 2 meals that costs 30$

I don’t typically do negative reviews however I was very disappointed with my first experience. We waited in the drive thru line for 20+ minutes with no one in front of us only to return home and discover neither my Husband and I received the right sandwiches. I called right away to see what the options were and one manager told me they would refund my card for me, I was very impressed with the customer service. Then 5 minutes later I received a call from someone else saying it was against policy to refund and that I would need to come into the store. My mistake was declining a receipt at the time of purchase so I wouldn’t be able to get a refund but rather get I could get two free sandwich cards (it sounded like they wanted me to bring the food back with me but said I wouldn’t need to this time around.) Since I was already told I could get a refund it would have made a world of difference if they would have offered to mail me the cards rather than drive across town to get them.
