Ordered a giant French dip to share with a friend. The sign says it’s to have caramelized onions – it had none. When we asked about them we were told “we don’t do those here”. What does that mean? They finally agreed to cook some, but that was at the end of our meal. We will not be back. Bathrooms are clean and the whole restaurant is accessible.

I hadn’t been to this location in about 3 years but back 10 years ago or more I ate here every week, even brought my newborn in to show everyone that worked there back then because they were like family. This time though…we were at the counter for 4 minutes before we saw the face of an employee. They were back by the office with there backs turned talking to someone in the office. Food came out and was good but our order was incomplete. I went back up to get it corrected and after a few minutes I had to call out for someone to assist.

I’m trying this new thing in life where I leave positive reviews instead of wasting my time doing something else. Anyways, just went through the drive thru during the Saturday lunch rush and it was a great experience. Haven’t eaten it yet, but me not liking the food seems like a corporate problem that this franchise wouldn’t be able to do anything about anyways, but it def looks good! I only had a 15 second interaction at the window with Adriuanna (so sorry sis I know I butchered that spelling) was just really pleasant and thoughtful seeming and I just hope she has a nice day! She was just very friendly and kind which isn’t the type of experience you typically get from a drive thru at noon on a weekend. I’m sure the other staff was great also, I just didn’t interact with any of them. Times are tough right now, give all of these employees a raise!

Ruined my Mom’s birthday because the sandwiches were AWFUL. I ordered 4 Reubens… None had the rye bread, I was never asked what kind of bread I wanted or told they were out. ALL bread was soaking wet and soggy. Won’t be back. I’ve ordered that sandwich my whole life and so has my whole family.

I went there and there was a person training and I notice that the other employees were so rude and mean to this trainee. She asked her trainer a question, and all the trainer did was sighed and mad a horrible face . If this is how they train people, this would be a horrible and hostile place to work . I hope she will find a better place to work. She did very well at the register, but the other employees were not. Since I saw this, I do not want to eat at this place again!

My mother picked me up a roast beef and cheese on way thru. She got back to Elko Minnesota late and I had it for lunch. The store packed the vegetables separately so it wouldn’t get soggy. Man did it hit the spot. Thanks a bunch Schlotzsky’s
