Took too long to prepare the sandwich orders. There were customers waiting over 30 minutes for their fast food orders. Store associates got a few of the specifics of the orders wrong so they had to remake over and over. It seemed to be a problem with fulfilling mobile orders contemporaneously with dine in orders. This resulted in stagnating the line of waiting customers further. Store associates look like they don’t know what they are doing; it was sad. Many customers had frustrated looks on their faces and two requested their money back during my 35+ minute wait for my fast food order. The order waiting area was too congested; the dining area atmosphere was not pleasant due to the extremely unorganized chaotic food order prep. It wreaked of customer frustration and dissatisfaction. I ended up leaving since I was one of the customers to get refunded. Dear Franchise Owner, please make improvements to your store. Schlotzsky’s is a brand that I’ve enjoyed for over 28 years; my visit to your store today grossly obscured the brand and failed expected service quality associated with the Schlotzsky’s sandwich shop brand .

Got there about 15 mins before close. Tobias was manning the drive-thru. Helped me figure out exactly what I needed. Checked prices, showed me sizes, ALL with a smile on his face and a courteous attitude!! Food was hot and fresh. Great experience. Wish we had more Tobias’ in White Hall!

The lady’s were super friendly. Food was good but small portioned. First time going and I thought the sandwich I ordered was going to be a full sandwich it was only half of one, didn’t really like that, food was a 4 because of that.

After patiently waiting for 8 minutes, we were finally able to place our order. However, the atmosphere inside the store was somewhat smoky, which was a bit of a turnoff. The food that we received was below our expectations – our center roll was at room temperature and lacked the freshness we were hoping for. We also noticed that there were only 4 employees present in the store. Despite the negatives, the only redeeming factor was the fountain drink, which tasted quite good.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken avocado ranch salad. When I got home it did not have any chicken on the salad. So lesson learned always check your order before you leave.

These sandwiches are really good. The bread is the difference. What I’ll say is if you like the bread, you’ll like the rest of what this place offers. It seems they have a partnership with Cinnabon as well and that made me happy!

I don’t know how many times I have eaten at a schlotzkys’s and have always enjoyed it but today when I received my chicken BBQ pizza from the White Hall location I was extremely disappointed. It was basically cheese bread. Their was no purple onions and you could count the seven bites of chicken on the pizza. White Hall you need to do better or this wonderful eatery will not last long.

Waited 40 minutes for food and there was only one person in line in front of me. The sandwiches weren’t even right. They added stuff we asked to leave off and left half the ingredients off a basic sandwich straight off the menu. Asked for Baked Lay’s BBQ chips, all of them were a month past their due date at least.

Do not do online order. If they do not have items in stock it takes two days to do refund back on your card per the young man in charge at night. No pizza crust to make pizzas I ordered or bacon for salad, although there was bacon on sandwiches I ordered. 13 min wait time ended up being 35 min. It took two staff to unwrap and look about 4 different times at the three sandwiches they fixed and bagged up on my order, while looking confused. Only one person working counter and was on cell phone. No hi or anything. I had to speak first and I was only person standing there at the time.
