The manager and employees at this location are the worst that I have encountered at a Schlotzsky’s location. They are rude and confrontational if you have an issue. The woman taking the orders really shouldn’t be taking orders. The food taste-wise was not worth the money. I’d highly recommend skipping this location until there is a change in management. If you want Schlotzsky’s I’d recommend another location. The Shawnee location has better servic eand Foo quality.

Haven’t eaten at a Schlotzsky’s in years since it closed in our town. We’re impressed with the new menu and the food quality, flatbreads, pizzas, salads, sandwiches, soups and deserts. Staff is wonderful, friendly and welcoming. There is plenty of seating including outdoor patio area.

I don’t know what happened… but this definitely isn’t the French Dip it used to be! It didn’t have carmelized unions at all, but had a little dab of Sour Kraut instead… it had barely any meat, and I don’t think it was beef… the au jus was bottom of the barrel for sure… so salty, and I don’t know what all the coffee ground looking black flecks in it were.

I’m giving 2 stars & not one because I’ve never had this problem before. To be fair i did order the small but I still paid 7 dollars for mostly bread. Think there was 3 slices of meat on it. I was told that’s how they r suppose to be. Lol, guess inflation is killing us all these days. Silverlining, they do have good bread.

Whoa, easy on the mustard. I used 7 of the 8 napkins with my order on wiping off the mustard oozing from the sandwich, which was also ice cold. The bread seems like the cheese was melted into it at an earlier time and then the sandwich was put together when ordered. No heat on any part of the sandwich.

Girl at the drive thru was terrible taking the order and communicating at the window. I’ve experienced better communication skills from a corpse. The side salad had wilted lettuce in it, both sandwiches had soggy bread. I will take my chances at the I-240 location before going back to this store.

The manager of this store went above and beyond! I was placing a lunch order for our staff and was having trouble online. I called the store and was told that even though they don’t typically deliver, he would be more than happy to help and deliver anyway. He manually input our order, called to check to make sure it was correct, and personally delivered it to us himself.

Did an order online for the BOGO pizza Wednesday. Got 2 pepperoni, 1 cheese, and 1 veggie. Got home to find out they gave me 3 pepperoni. Called up there and they apologized and made me 2 new pepperonis. Glad they fixed their mistake. Pizza was good. One of the cheeses was a little overcooked but tasted great.
