We went today and had sandwiches for lunch. It was good. The main behind the counter was friendly. The food arrived quickly. It was good. I will go back and try something else next time. I recommend giving it a try.

Stopped in the drive-through for a takeout for New Year’s Eve. Saw that Schlotzsky’s has a supreme pizza which I did not know. It’s excellent if you like the Schlotzsky’s bread, then you’ve got to try the pizza because it’s the same bread they make the sandwiches with very good.

Terrible service ! Food was cold and sloppy. I sat In Drive thru for a long time, while the employees all stood around and chatted with each other! Seriously all theses guys were talking to a girl employee with tattoos around her belly button! So you will know who she was! If anyone cares! There were two other cars waiting behind me! Finally after yelling through a cracked window , I ask what was taking so long to be told they were really busy! Lol I ask if it was delivery, holding them up? Yes that was the excuse. Seriously people don’t open drive through if your priority is delivery services! Completely unacceptable to treat your customers like they don’t matter! I usually eat her alot but last couple times food and service sucks! Doubt owner cares but we will see!!!!

This is post based upon my last few visits to this location. The staff is beyond incompetent & even worse, under the management of a female named Parker & a man named Josh who’m I believe is the baker or the store manager. From friends complaints about their food & personal experiences that were relevant. It’s easy to see what is taken place. The cheese is brick cheese, rather than shredded. I watched recently where an employee dropped a pickle & proceed with the whole “5 second rule”. From bad attitudes to cold & lack of concern to proper health management. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Only reason I’m leaving a 1 star, is because I can’t leave anything lower. There are far better locations & this one is lower than mediocre @ it’s best.

Was there for lunch, would not take my cash as payment, I needed another form of payment, manager was very rude to me and my guest, cash is still used and it reads legal tender, from now on I will take my cash to business that know how to operate like a normal business, for what they charge a person can make better choices,Goodbye Schlotzskys!!!

Dirty, filthy, overall disgusting. It appears nobody is managing this store. If I hadn’t order ahead I would’ve turned around and left. Go inside and see for yourself. Floors, counters, tables…I’ve never seen such a horrible mess. The food was equally bad…starting with the bread…hard around the edges. Not much meat and mediocre flavor. I love Schlotsky, was an original customer when they first came to Tulsa on 11th street and served the sandwiches on a frisbee. This location is an insult to the franchise!!! I will not return.

I eat…LOTzkys…of Shlotzky’s. Thats right, I went there :). Is this the best Shlotzky’s in the Tulsa area? No, but its still 5 star, at least from the half dozen or more times I have been there this year. Their product is always fresh, well made, presentable (see pics), and reasonably fast. If you are in the mood for a delicious sandwich, I much recommend this over one of their competitors.

The inside was closed and there’s a sign on the door for pickup orders to be picked up in the drive-through . Having to wait in the drive-through defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. An employee was nice enough to bring my order out when I called about it. The size of the salad dressing given for the salad is ridiculous. It only covers a small corner of my salad.
