I don’t have issues with any other locations and this is my go-to cheat meal for the week. I generally order from Plano/Murphy area but this location is terrible. Keep in mind it’s lunchtime.. I get salad with brown, soggy greens and the minibon was hard even AFTER I microwaved it like it was left out overnight. Again, I enjoy Schlotzsky’s but AVOID THIS LOCATION!

The last 3 times I’ve ordered the same thing and each time it’s not made correctly. I ask for a ham/chz mustard only but STILL ended up with what seems like EXTRA olives. I personally do not like olives but this sandwich is for both my 2yr old and I. He won’t eat anything that has black on it bc he thinks is yucky or poo. I guess next time u should be very specific and say meat chz mustard only!!! Get it together kitchen!!

They just lost over 35 customers in less than 15mins, their front doors are locked and their sign is flashing open and the hours for lobby say dine in is open. And they refused to answer the front door for anyone. In addition to not posting any sort of sign apologizing for the inconvenience on the front door. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

A week ago I had the same salad in a Schlotzsky’s in Fort Worth on Camp Bowie. it was one of the best salads I have had in a very long time. I was really excited about having this salad again so I pulled in this Schlotzsky’s and is a different story. Once I paid for two of these salads the kitchen help came out and said they did not have any field greens we would have to substitute it with kale and romaine. That’s okay. Once we get the salads they were on little plates half the size of the ones in Fort Worth. There is very little apple that’s cut very thick had to dig and look for the cheese. Also there was no pecans. We had to ask for pecans. We also had to ask for garlic bread. We were told that Schlotzsky’s no longer includes garlic bread with the salads unless the customer asks for the garlic bread. All of this is included in the description and the picture of the salad. I feel that each and every Schlotzsky’s should be consistent with their meals. needless to say I will never go back to that Schlotzsky’s and will be very selective about Schlotzsky’s that I go to. I will make damn sure that I will always go to the Schlotzsky’s in Fort Worth on Camp Bowie

No one to take order until I stood in door to prep area. Order was misrung, overcharging for double meat when order was for no meat. When it was caught the reimbursed only difference but not tax. Out of lemonades and trash was so full we could not fit ours in. Very poor.
