Love love love the original! It’s so yummy! The wait was 12 Mins in drive thru at window. Car behind us got tired of waiting so they left. I love mine with mayo no black olives and it was full of black olives! Other than that the food is always so good!

Drive thru person was rude, sandwich was soggy and soup was cold and lumpy. Can’t comment on the chips because they didn’t give them to me. The only thing I got for my $20 meal was confirmation NOT to go back and to warn others so maybe they won’t lose their money.

No cars in parking lot- waited 10 min at the order window and then was asked to wait- then waited 27min at the window before we ever saw a person to pay or get our food! There was no other customers so im not sure what the deal was and then our sandwiches were wrong. Paid extra for avacado and did not get it and the sauce for the sandwich was wrong! I do not normally write reviews but this was the worst waiting situation I have ever had at a fast food restaurant! No reason was given for the terrible wait or anything!

I ordered the chicken and strawberry salad which came with only 3 small bite sized pieces of chicken that taste frozen and watered down. The strawberries are bad and or mushy. I’ll not go back here. I usually love this restaurant chain but apparently the one in Terrell just doesn’t care. They are skimming on meat to save on food cost and I’ve no idea what would make someone think it’s okay to do this to people who pay for the food. Horrible food.

I ordered two veggie sandwiches. I usually always order this or veggie pizzas from schlotzsky’s. The place has gotten a lot better since it has new owners. But they have to get their drive-thru microphone fix the lady could barely hear me and I had to repeat my order for 4-5 times to ensure that it was correct. This also made the drive-thru line have a backup because of the lack of communication between the microphone set and the customer. I haven’t been in quite some time so I can’t tell you if the inside is clean but the outside looks great. So I definitely would recommend this and it would be so much more efficient if this small thing was just fixed thank you have a wonderful day
