I had trouble using Schlotzsky’s ill-conceived rewards section on their app. Luckily, the staff was very helpful and patient in helping me navigate it. I almost ‘lost’ my reward. Actually, I had already lost one. The app was saying I needed to turn on my GPS, but it was already on!!!! I had to leave the section where you redeem….. Anyway, the app sucks. The staff and the food were awesome.

I went up to schlotskys a couple of weeks ago and was horrified to hear from the back someone saying a homophobic slur, when I asked another employee who that was I was told the manager that day, I didn’t get her name but she was a medium sized mixed woman. If you are in the LGBTQ community I wouldn’t recommend going there.
