Ordered extra large deluxe sandwich with no mustard. Sandwich had mustard. Called the restaurant and told them about problem. They said they couldn’t help me but that the manager would call back to resolve problem. Never heard from them. Have had sandwiches there 2-3 times a month for a year or more. Always great. This is unacceptable. $16 for a sandwich I wouldn’t eat wow thought we would give them one more try. Well ordered deluxe sandwich with no mustard, there was mustard all over it. Wow these guys are terrible. They will probably close soon. There are hardly ever any customers there. It is obvious why.

My family ate here for dinner on a week night. We had all been craving something different than the other family member and when we got to Schlotzsky’s we could all get what we wanted. Soup, salad, pizza, sandwich, sweets or soda…we were more than satisfied. Food was delicious! (Yum yum yum for the Broccoli cheddar soup and Turkey Avocado salad) Atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. Our food was served quickly and staff was super friendly. Will return to this location!

Arrived, and was met at the counter with a smile. I ordered an original, a bowl of soup, and a drink. Not only were the tables clean, but the whole restaurant was nice and clean (even the restroom). Not what I expected just after lunch rush, but this Schlotzky’s was on point.
