I got there 20 minutes before they opened. Employees were aggravated. I was in the drive through. I told them I know I’m early I don’t mind to wait. So I did. But after they open and took my order the attitude was just awful, and the order was all wrong. Just so upset. It was for a birthday lunch for my g-babies mom. Won’t be back.

It was 45 minutes till closing. No one was in line. The girl that took our order was very rude and rushing me to get my order. The young man working the window made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. Never said nothing but the amount I owed the just kinda shoved my Chang at me. Handed me my bag and shut the window. Horrible service and food was thrown together. I will never return to that store again.

Yes, they are open! The store looks dark, but they’re open until 9 p.m. Food tasted fresh and was yummy! Beats the other sandwich place in town hands down. My hubby had the fiesta chicken sandwich combo and I had the turkey avocado combo.

Salad was terrible. Worst one I’ve ever had from schlotzskys. They were out of egg but didn’t tell me. I went inside to ask for it and they said they were out. I wish they would have told me. And the salad had different toppings than usual. But barely anything on it. And the girls behind the counter were not very nice and didn’t act like they cared about anything. I won’t go to this location anymore. I’d rather get a salad from HEB down the road. Cheaper and they taste better!

The food is always good but the stores always pretty empty. One of my favorite places to get a sandwich and always has been every location is very delicious. The roast beef and cheese is my favorite. The cookies are really good and the smell of the cinnabons is delicious

The food is great tasting, but when I went here they were out of apples for my salad. I said that was okay, I’d still take it. But, when I got home I looked at my salad and it was only a couple bites worth of salad. It was hardly anything at all! Especially when they were shy on ingredients to only put a couple bites worth felt a little off brand. They were nice though and the food tasted good.

I love shlotzsky’s but this one is terrible, customer service sucked! Another guy and I called to them about 10 times to get their attention and not until I whistled at them did they stop talking and goofing off to help their customers. even if your having a bad day never curse in front of or to a customer and if it’s something serious going on in your life just call off of work, workers and their attitude represent the company so act right! Waited over 30 mins to get the order and it was wrong. So they remade it and gave a refund only problem is it was a refund to the wrong customer. Good for them they got a free meal! But I had to get their attention again to recieve mine and lost out on 40min of my day just waiting.

The last 4 times I have visited this place they have gotten my order wrong. I don’t have any extraordinary requests. But everytime it requires me having to waste extra time or extra time and gas to get them to remake it. They apologize. Remake. Send you out the door. My orders are minus an ingredient and add extra ingredient. Easiest enough you would think. Nope. 4 last visits terrible

Not the place to stop if you want food in a reasonable amount of time. Men’s room hasn’t been cleaned in a long while. After waiting 20 minutes I checked on our order. The girls were hanging out and said that they didn’t hear the printer. No lemons, no fruit, no condiment bar, very limited soda choices. Plenty of time for the staff to chat, but not to clean. No music, no TV, dead silence. No apology, asked for a refund and only received a partial refund.
