I didn’t know it was possible to make such a disgusting meatball sandwich. The meatballs have zero flavor and the sauce tastes like i opened the cheapest jar of marinara I could find in the grocery store. The presentation of the flatbread calzone with herbs infused doesn’t cover up the terrible tasting food inside. I seriously will never eat here again. Id rather eat dog food.

Management is always friendly, as I am a regular. The service is always great, and I always get a fantastic sandwich within about 5 minutes from the time I ordered. I never give 5 Stars or a perfect score; but they are my favorite restaurant in Lake Worth at the moment. Thanks to the Crew for always providing an excellent eating experience.

Sandwiches where tough and the bread (the Cheapest part of the sandwich) is now the LARGEST part of the Sandwiches. Mine was nearly four inches tall, and had only Extra cheese, black olives, mustard and bread.

Fernando manager refused to honor a replace sandwich that was incorrectly made even after a different manager Maria authorized! I specifically asked the window clerk to make my sandwich a specific way. The order taker instead offered I order it a different way. I’d had problems that way and mentioned a manager advised I order the way I initially ordered. Once at the window, Fernando asked if I have the ‘turkey sandwich’? I replied NO. Apparently the order taker decided to ignore my specific order and got it wrong. I called later and expressed dissatisfaction. Maria (2nd shift manager offered to replace).

For starters I have loved Schlotzskys for years! But this time not so much, I asked for ranch instead of mayo on my turkey bacon ranch, I got extra mayo. When I went to the counter and asked for the ranch they wanted to charge me for it. I refused to pay for the substitution I asked for when I ordered when they made it wrong. The manager acted like I was being a bother for asking for what I ordered in the first place! The other sandwich I ordered was made incorrectly also. I asked if one of the new sandwiches had olives and was told no, when we received it. It was full of olives. Maybe if the staff was focused on making food instead of talking and joking around with the manager at least one of my sandwiches would have been right.

I had such a great experience here, never had been before but the costumer service was just so great! The Hispanic lady was so sweet to my kids and I, and I think it enjoyed it more just because of her. No idea how much I appreciate some good costumer service. I didn’t feel rushed looking at the menu, but not just that the food was fresh and good too. I would recommend this place to my friends/family! Thank you lady who treated us so well!!! Wish I woulda got her name.

The only thing negative about this place is its peculiar location. It is part of one of Lake Worth’s larger shopping centers; however, it is located at the far end of the complex and lacks direct access to the road. The restaurant is visible once you’re directly in front of it but you must drive around it and then find the entrance to the front row of businesses. If you’re a local and familiar with the shopping center, you probably won’t have trouble accessing the store. But, because of its peculiar and out-of-the-way location, I’m sure that many of the locals don’t know it’s there.
