$8 for a couple pieces of bacon and one slice of beef lol. I’ve had bacon smokecheesy’s from other locations and they are no where near this Stingy with the ingredients. Don’t waste your money.

I received a coupon in the mail a few days ago, I went to use it and was told I could not use it until June 2nd no where on this coupon does it say that. The coupon has an expiration date but not a start date. The so called “manager ” was sitting at a table in the dinning room and I showed her that the coupon does not have a valid start date. Her response was oh I don’t make the coupons and some times they mess up on them. I then asked her name since she is the manager and she handled the situation VERY poor. She refused to tell me her name and was as rude as can be. So if I own this company especially as the flyer said under new ownership I would like to know your MANAGER is not fit for her job and definitely is NOT some one I would want running my business and or trying to attract customers. I will be sure to let everyone know the HORRIBLE management you have running this place. She should have apologized for the misunderstanding on the mailer and or honored the mistake she made a point to say I don’t own this place. Wish she would have been professional enough to at least offer her name when asked. I hope the new owners do better.

This location was a little disorganized. Several times they were walking around trying to match finished orders with people. In my case I received half my order and eventually had to ask for the other half. They were so happy I asked as they had an extra sandwich they forgot who it belonged to. I’m not mad, but these guys need some training. Good sandwich, bad management.

Long wait for horrible food a complete waste of money! First time there and will definitely be our last time! Offers subs like turkey and bacon on sourdough and it was toasted and hard. I ordered that as a cold sub not hot..therefore it was barely edible and not a fresh cold soft sub. We did order what we thought was a side of red wine vingarette and it was straight up a side of balsamic vinegar.. really?!

Ordered a combo meal with a Caesar side salad as the side. Bottled water as the drink. Get to the drive they window and he informs me that they’re out of bottled water but didn’t take it off my total. Had to ask for him to take it off. Get down the road to find out my Caesar salad came with blue cheese for the dressing. Turned around, came inside, told them I received the wrong dressing and the man started blaming me for the mistake. The two black guys started talking to each other and looking at me. They continue to blame me until the sweet lady working up front told them that Caesar dressing comes with the Caesar salad. Horrible customer service. Horrible attitudes. I would not recommend this Schlotzsky’s.

Overall quick service through the drive through. My food was warm and well prepped. However they forgot my cinnamon roll. Thankfully I had decided to eat in the parking lot and caught the mistake quickly. I went back through the drive through and they gave me the order no questions asked.

Great food absolutely recommend the original. The lady was friendly. But not very smart. Put my cinnamon roll upside down, also only gave us two sandwiches when we ordered three. Come here to get food. But double check you food before you leave.
