This location doesn’t seem to care about cleanliness and/or appearance. What a shame because everything else was great. The order taker was friendly and fast. They give you a number and then bring your food to your table. I went to get my drink and I couldn’t believe how messy it was at the station. Liquid spilled in several places, the tea container looked like they needed a good cleaning and the separate lemonade fountain was missing the bottom grate plus it looked like it wasn’t even working. Gnats were circling the counter for a chance at some sweet treats. The guy next to me even commented and said my exact thoughts, so it wasn’t just me. I tried to find a clean table, but I was not successful. I ended up having to clean one off myself. To be fair, it was 1:00 pm, so the lunch rush was just prior to my visit, but still. After I cleaned my table, I sat down and noticed my selection was a poor one due to the wobbliness. Every time I touched it, it moved. That’s always annoying. While waiting for my food, I looked up and noticed the ceiling with several leak spots. The whole atmosphere was ruined. I normally don’t think about the kitchen or behind the counter cleanliness, but with all theses issues and eye sores, I really started to wonder. My food arrived to the table promptly and very fresh. The Original was made perfectly and had a great temperature. Y’all need to clean this store! I am so sorry to give only 3 stars when staff and food are so on point, but I was completely turned off by the appearance. I personally don’t understand how the employees kept walking by the areas needing attention without doing something about it. I would have been embarrassed if I worked there.What a shame…

Mmmm. Not the experience I’m used to. There was no music or anything and the whole ambience was super depressing. The soda machine/condiment area was super gross and unkept. And most of the tables had gunk on them and felt sticky. The employees were friendly though!

I don’t go to this location any more. Twice they could not understand a “turkey, ham and provolone on rye with nothing else” for my nephew. I was asked in the same conversation “So, that comes with lettuce and tomato. Do you want that? ” and “It also has mayonnaise on it. Do you want that?” And other redundancies, over and over again. It was seriously ridiculous and frustrating. I go to another location now.

Great tasting sandwich, but I didn’t eat it there because when I arrived 30 minutes before closing, they’d been cleaning floors with what smelled like toxic bleach. I asked for a special kind of bread on my sandwich, but they gave me the usual sourdough . This had happened once before, so I checked my sandwich before leaving and sure enough it happened again. This time I was able to say something. They made me another sandwich & politely and kindly apologized. I love their sandwiches, so I put up with imperfect visits such as this.

Cinnabon rolls were stale and burnt and had a clumpy blob of frosting on top. This batch should have gone in the trash, not to unsuspecting customers. Definitely would have returned if I would have noticed before I drove away. Did not enjoy at all and just wasted $15 on a six pack.

Normally I have always thought very highly of Schlotzsky’s food. It’s always been delicious!! I went there to pick up a sandwich the other day and it was definitely was different. It was horrible but I wouldn’t order it again. I will give Schlotzsky’s another try sandwich. I really hope it’s great like it was before. The service has always been fantastic!!
