Haven’t been to a Schlotzky’s since we left Texas. Now that we’re back it’s good to see it hasn’t changed. This one is clean, quiet, and with great service. I loved the strawberry chicken salad. It even had two yummy bread sticks with it made of the infamous Schlotzky’s bread. Friendly staff too.

As has been consistent with Schlotzsky’s, sandwiches were quickly made and tasted great. This particular location needs to turn their AC down. There are a ton of windows and it was warm inside in the afternoon sun.

It was all right I ordered online in the app and again they didn’t put my food out I stood around stood around if finally had to ask for it and they had it back in the kitchen they said they don’t put it out because people steal it and the whole point of the app is I don’t have to come in and go to the counter and wait on anything and the pizza was cold and the flat bread was pretty much overcooked I would get the regular sour dough crust

First time going in 2 years, and the food was amazing. I got the avocado turkey sandwich, and it was full of flavor and delicious. The only negative thing was that the cinnamon roll was cold and hard. Wasn’t impressed with that. I’ll definitely be going back, despite the dessert.

Sandwich makers have ONE job, make the sandwich the way it is ordered. However, this must be a pretty challenging task considering my husband ordered my sandwich with MAYONNAISE ONLY, just to get home and discover it had EVERYTHING POSSIBLE ON IT.

The staff needs better training on how to do their job. I don’t like standing at the front, which is separate from the back, so that they do not see who comes in. But I do like the food and the staff was friendly once they realized I was there.

These guys could stand to work on their drive-through customer service tone, the female working the drive through’s voice is very dry and unfriendly. And, when you pull up to receive your food, same thing, i.e., no smile, she just seems to want to get you gone.

Used to love this place last few times have been disappointing. Went today for lunch I asked for the meaty pizza with light cheese and it was packed on. Asked for a half lem. And sweet tea they have me unsweetened tea. The star is for the sandwich which was the only thing that was made right.
