Worst first experience ever. I wouldn’t go back if I was dying of hunger. They forgot half my order to start… then one of my sandwiches didn’t have cheese… then they gave me sweet tea instead of unsweetened tea…. then my calzone didn’t even have any meat in it… all it had were peppers and onions. Then it didn’t even have a taste to any of it.

Always had excellent drive through service here. For making hot fresh toasted sandwiches, the food is always prompt and the parking lot is easy to navigate (much appreciated given the poor planning on a lot of the drive throughs in this town). The staff has always been sweet and professional (kindness responds to kindness, I’ll remind everyone). On weeks when I cannot deal with the thought of cooking or making food decisions for work, I can get a medium or large sandwich and split it up for lunches over a few days. They keep well and I appreciate that I can do this through a drive through. Cookies are excellent, super soft and has that slightly underbaked taste / texture I love.

Went in to get a large size sandwich but when I ordered I was told the sandwich I wanted did not come in large……..but I could get two medium sized ! I ordered one fantastic medium sandwich but ended up still wanting more ! Seems they sere out of large size buns !

I love Schlotzky’s sandwiches and the sandwich was great. I went inside and there were no other customers. The inside was stripped down. TV’s were gone, self service drink station was gone. I ordered a meal and they brought my sandwich and drink but I never got my chips.

This is a great place. The food is always fresh… “love the salads” and the sandwiches. The staff is so friendly. Met the very friendly manager Shanel or Chanel this time, sorry about the spelling. And it is always so clean. I’ll be be back. P.S. I lived in Austin when the first Schlotzsky’s opened… still great food.

When you order a CAESAR SALAD this restaurant seems to not understand how to complete that task. They either don’t give you Caesar dressing or they don’t give you romaine lettuce. Bad restaurant and god awful service
