3 cars ahead of me in line and still took over 30 minutes to get our food. She girl taking orders forgot I was waiting to place an order till I said ‘hello!!!’ Into the speaker. Despite repeating the order multiple times she still could not get it right either.

Ordered French onion Calzone. Per drive thru, no napkins, onion soup rolling around inside the bag and spilled some; they pinched the lid. The lid on my regular drink was also pinched and spilled. The sandwich is cut in half and 1/2 of the bread was torn. So, after picking up that half the contents fell out.

Pizzas are good. The sandwiches are okay. Cinnabon is a disgusting joke. (See picture). It is rock solid and nasty looking. I went though drive thru today and the lady working it was a miserable human being. I’m not sure why they have her working drive thru. This is at 2:10pm on 1/21. Receipt says host name is “TERM 5 AM”. Probably short for what she should be, terminated.

Im a big fan but today I was disapointed. There was fiber hairs all over my sandwich. Spoiled my appetite trying to pull them off my sandwich. Should not have to clean my food before eating it. It wasnt just one small fiber hair, it was a lot! I wont be going back to this location. I also asked for an oatmeal raisin cookie and got a sugar cookie. Its obvious the employees dont care about their job.
