My wife is scheduled for surgery on Monday, the 7th, and for her last meal for the next 12 hours, she asked for potato soup from Schlotzsky’s. I was happy that potato soup was available at this late hour, but instead of the satisfying meal my wife hoped for, she got the clump served in the picture. It was more like macaroni and cheese. All the manager could say was that our money could be refunded or we could get a replacement meal at a later date. The supposed manager was matter-of-fact, and she would not believe the consistency of soup of which I write. It upsets me knowing the backstory, but why do I need a good reason to expect a quality product? Why can’t good soup be that… just because?

Who ever was in the kitchen tonight needs to get it together. The food is not cheap, please serve people quality food for their hard earned money! The potato soup was disgusting. We requested extra onion and extra black olives on our sandwich which were not present. The sandwich was a mess very sloppy and all meat and bread. It was not appealing whatsoever. Very disappointed. Wish we would’ve gone somewhere else.

Got a large chicken bacon smoky cheesey…..great tasting. Ate it for dinner about 9:30/10 PM, then about 3 am both my wife and I were experiencing several bouts of painful explosive diarrhea.

I placed my order in Drive Thru but that lady was so rude to us (Receipt has host name mentioned as Maria). I asked for extra sauce because I prefer my sandwich super spicy but she neglected saying that I should only get two pack per Sandwich (she decided how much spice level should I consume instead of letting me take that decision).

I am a huge Schlotzsky’s fan, but this is the most poorly ran location I’ve come across. My order was incorrect and we were the only people in there. Both soups were cold. Ants crawling on the table. No working soda machine, lids or straws. No toilet paper in either restroom??? Get it together, management.

1st time visiting this chain, surprisingly good and well portioned sandwiches and chips, and the sweet tea was excellent. This store seemed a little older and the furniture was a bit worn, but everything else was clean and well taken care of.
