It’s been years since I’ve eaten here. They’ve added more options to the menu. The Original is still delicious and now you can go deluxe OG. My wife had a calzone (ate half of it) and a cinnamon roll. That’s the real reason we came here, lol. $36….gee whiz things are expensive these days. But at least their portion sizes are big too. Plus you get free dill pickle spears

I unwrapped my COLD sandwich and was overcome with the smell of used cigarettes. It was so strong that I had to open the sandwich to see if there was one in it. Does their turkey always smell like that? Never again at this location.

I went in lastnight at 8:30 to the liberty hill location and this isn’t the first time our order has been messed up and not the first time I got bad customer service from the employees. I ordered 2 medium french dips and got no au jus dip for either sandwich and the employee who took my order refused to scan my app after telling me I had to pay before she could scan it and then after I paid she forgot and closed out my order than continued to be rude. I was upset and instantly tried calling to speak to a manager and could never get through. It is now the next day and I still can’t get through the line to talk to anyone.

I was craving for Schlotzsky’s while we was travel cross the country. I love theretheir sour dough bread, I ordered the French dip, it wasn’t good, the beef tastes weird. But i like my husband’s original sandwiches. Overall, it wasn’t bad, i will have to stop by another Schlotzsky’s next time we travel.

Will never eat here again. My sister used to work there and when her coworker tragically took his own life in the restaurant my sister was right there. When the store shut down she was never paid and the company never offered any assistance. A couple months later our dad had surgery for his kidney cancer and she took a unexpected day off to visit him. The next day she was FIRED for it. This company has absolutely no morals and nobody in my family will ever eat there again.

This team did a great job. I watched the cook make our food. He saw me and even said hello. They were clean and friendly and made my strange order perfectly. So many have no pride in doing a great job these days. But you were great. Thank you for a great eating experience.

Your service is only as good as your worst employee. Waited forever in a line of 3 cars. When it was our turn I realized why the long wait. The employees were arguing over their schedule and who didn’t get an email or text notification when everyone else did. Our soup had none of the condiments (cheese, chives, bacon). This location needs experienced employees or supervised staff to retain loyal customers.

Very speedy service that usually doesn’t happen at a Schlotzsky’s! Not a criticism, just a fact, since they don’t keep glop under a heat lamp…they tend to make it fresh, as is evidenced by the crisply toasted bread, which would have lost its crispness under a warmer and prepared waaay ahead of time.
