EDIT: I did receive a phone call from the GM and he made it right by refunding one of the orders. Thank you for that! We were having a fundraiser for Meals on Wheels, and I had some folks with food allergies. So, I thought….We will let those folks order salads from Schlotzsky’s. This would be easy! I placed the order two days before and had a volunteer arrive at 11.15 for pick up with the receipt and confirmation of the order. No order had come through, so she ordered more salads and brought them back to the venue. After I told the volunteer we had a specific order that had already been paid for she went back to try and return the other order and the online order we placed two days before just came in at 11.30. This was a total disaster, and we wanted a refund (which wasn’t given). We are a non-profit and had to pay double for you mistake. Less money towards our mission – horrible business on your end!

I eat here frequently, love the sandwiches and have always gotten hot crispy pizzas. Today I went through drive through, got the bogo pizza special, when I opened the cheese pizza box, cheese was not melted and the pizza was cold, seemed almost frozen, the other veggie pizza was extremely cold. I called the store and when the manager got on the phone, he was rude and offered no help. He said he couldn’t remake them both, only one because the system only charged for one. Love the food, but that manager needs to take a course in customer service. Very disappointing.

I love this place! The food is always great and there is a young man (I did not get his name!) who works there who has excellent customer service and we just love him! Once he was the cashier and today we saw him bussing tables, bringing out food, and replenishing paper towels in the tables. He is very aware of what needs to be done and jumps on it to ensure customers have a great experience. This guy needs promoted! I’ll be going back to get his name! Work ethic and customer service seem to be a thing of the past in many places, but not here!

The food was good, but the sandwich wasn’t cut all the way in half, which made eating and driving a bit messy (if you do that sort of thing). No napkins??? Why is this a thing in a drive-thru? The Jalapeno chips weren’t as zazzy as in the past. I will definitely go again, but I’m hoping for the ‘good ole flaves’!

Over the years I’ve eaten at this Schlotzky’s many times and the food has always been good until today. I ordered a kid’s pepperoni pizza. When I received it, the pepperoni’s were charred and burnt to a crisp. I took it back and asked for an unburned pizza. Next I received a pizza that was cold and raw in the center. I went back and the woman, who I assume was the manager, told me that she couldn’t make a pizza that wasn’t either burnt or cold. Her machine wasn’t capable of not burning the pizza if she let it run through for the full time. Since I couldn’t eat it raw, I told them to run it back through and it was, of course burnt. I couldn’t eat all of it. Over the years, I’ve received perfectly cooked pizzas from this store. Today makes me never want to go back since they didn’t even care about trying to make it right. Very unprofessional.

I love Schlotzsky’s! I always get a medium “The Original “! It is always fresh and has a lot of ham on it. It used to be called “The Texas Original,” but for some unknown reason, they just call it “The Original “. It also has olives, onion,lettuce,tomato, and sauce. It’s a very big sandwich! I also ask for jalapeños on it, and that makes me “The Texas Original!! It is very delicious!

I’ve always loved Schlotzsky’s sandwiches, and now there’s even more to love with the addition of delicious new pizzas! The crust is perfectly seasoned with oil, and has a soft inside with a slightly crisp exterior. The cheese and toppings form a tasty union with every bite. Mmm, mmmm! So good!

WE REALLY LOVE THIS MARBLE FALLS FRANCHISE. The sourdough bread and fresh vegetables combined with quality meat makes these unique offerings something we enjoy about once a week. This location is actively managed by the owner who makes sure the orders get out and brought to the table. My wife enjoys the Flatbread pizza.
