I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food locations, but I had to because of my experience here. The older man in the drive through window was so pleasant to me and made my drive through experience better than other restaurants. The food was delivered quickly, and was hot and fresh. Also the Italian calzone is absolutely delicious if you haven’t tried it yet. 5 stars especially for the older man in the window, you rock! Very surprised how happy I was with this visit

Went through for some calzones, service was great GM was friendly and food was delicious. Will be back for sure, hopefully they get some signage because it’s hidden away in the corner. I didn’t know it was there until my girlfriend said something. Calzones are what is up y’all!!

Ordered 2 sandwiches and a pizza in the drive thru, I only received the sandwiches and then when I came inside bc they forgot the rest. There was one lady who had a very thick accent behind the counter who was being extremely rude and picking an argument with me and even took the food out of my hand and put it behind the counter so I couldn’t get it. Even though I payed for it?!? The food was gross and the employees were so rude I won’t be coming again

Visited with a group of coworkers(I am the only female and person of color in my group) We ordered the pizzas. I ordered first and my coworkers after me. They each were offered a buy one get one free meal. I asked for the same deal and was turned away saying I needed to ask while checking out. None of my coworkers knew of this deal to ask. THEY WERE OFFERED they didn’t ask.

5:45P.m. 6/22/22I Took a friend of mine to The Parmar McNeal location. It was his first time. Daniel, the person who took our order, was very nice and was able to explain the menu to my friend. My friend ended up getting the “California Chicken Flat” Which he enjoyed very much.. I got the “Beef Fiesta” w/ a Jalapeno and Cheddar Cheese Bread; very delicious The dinning room was clean. It only had 6 or 7 people dinning in.. the drive and pick-up orders seem to keep the Staff busy All-n -all it was a great experience for my friend. (who is very picky but now a fan) . Great Job!

There have been very few times that I have been disappointed with what I received from this Schlotzskys which can’t be echoed for the rest of the chain. I rarely have to spend any time in the drive through and I always have a courteous experience with the folks taking my order. I am a naturally chatty person and I have not had anyone shrug me off or dismiss me. When I would like something hot and fast this is where I go!
