The food was good. When my food arrived I realized one of my sandwiches was missing. After a few phone calls got me nowhere I decided the quickest option was to go pick up the missing item myself. Not sure who is at fault, but it worked out in the end. Who wouldn’t kill for one of their cinnamon rolls! Pricy, but worth it.

Yikes. It’s like they don’t know how to assemble, cut, and serve a sandwich, this thing was an absolute mess. The meat was not the right size for the sandwich so the back 20% of the sandwich is just bread. Bread wasn’t toasted so it went completely soggy. Whoever cut this thing did me no favors either, not only were they pretty far from quarters but they also didn’t cut all the way through. While all the ingredients are here some like the black olives only made it to a very small portion of the sandwich, some parts of the sandwich are overflowing with lettuce and some have none at all. I really like Schlotzsky’s but for a $15 sandwich this is absolutely terrible. I wish I could go back in the kitchen and make my own sandwich.

I can’t believe that I spent nearly $15 for a sandwich combo that had maybe 2 or 3 slices of meat. See pics attached. I really like Schlotzsky’s, but this is ridiculous. I guess Arby’s will have to be my go to spot for a decent size and decent priced sandwich.

Ordered in drive through-they had no avocado for the California chicken pizza. Then waited in line for over 30 minutes to get my food. Ordered a salad and a small sandwich. Watched as they were doing nothing through the window. Salad was put in sack…waited and watched 10 minutes with no one checking on us letting us know what was going on. Get my sandwich and salad finally and my sandwich is COLD-said they were having issues in the kitchen. No receipt like I asked for. No dressing for the salad. Very disappointed!

I was CRAVING Schlotzsky’s!! This was my first sandwich from there in over a YEAR Flat. Thin. Barely any meat. I’ll go somewhere else next time. Do better. I’ve been sick and getting over Covid. I FINALLY was craving food. Thanks for nothing. Btw, my boyfriend’s sandwich was AWESOME but since I am the one completely disappointed, we will go to Panera next time.

We went there and we ordered a Cinnabon which was worse than the ones then you can get at a can get at Walmart Cinnabons are supposed to be delicious this was dry hardly had any frosting basically it just sucked very disappointed and the sandwiches were not all that great either

Placed an order for five meals. Four sandwiches and chips one pick two with a salad. Every one had something wrong. Only one table, they weren’t busy. Dressing was left off the salad. Lettuce was put on a sandwich that shouldn’t have been. One sandwich was completely wrong (made a duplicate of another one, and not the one that was ordered) nothing super awful, just slightly disappointing, and we won’t be back. It’s been a while since we’ve been in anyway because of the same type of issues last time we were there (over a year ago). So, we’ll refrain from the one on 82nd & Milwaukee. So, no loss really on any side, but won’t waste our time again and maybe we’ll save someone else the experience of getting at least one thing (some more) wrong on everything ordered. ** I am not talking about the items they were out of, there were appropriate substitutions made, I’m reviewing the completely incorrect items**

Staff would not refill lids for med drinks, but handing them out one by one. No toilet paper in the women’s restroom and staff never refilled it. Food was pretty good.
