A must have sandwich. The sandwiches have plenty of meat and plenty of everything else. The bread is delicious.

Cold food and terrible service. Got our order wrong and then forgot they were remaking it. Lastly, accused us of stealing the cookies that came with our children’s meals. It’s no wonder Schlotzskys are closing throughout the city. Never eating here again.

I ordered the BBQ Chicken sourdough pizza and it lacks toppings and the bottom of the pizza was undercooked. This was the 1st time I had ever received this pizza this way. The bottom of the crust should’ve had a thin crispy layer which is a light brown color with a chewy inside texture. Like a true sourdough should be.. However I received good customer service.

Yeah we found Schotzsky way out on the east side of town. Well worth the drive. These sandwiches are excellent and the owner is so sweet to the customers. Is connected next to a coffee house by the same owner. I don’t really drink coffee but the aroma is wonderful. Such a relaxing place for a quick meal and relaxing atmosphere.

I love this place, the sandwiches, the pizzas the soups and especially the cinnamon rolls 🙂 The food is always so fresh and very tasty, I can only recommend this place. The kids menu we order was a cheese pizza and the size is great plus a big cookie and a drink, my kids were really happy.

This place is a joke. It puts a horrible face to a great brand. If you think you are going to get the same food and service of other locations, Sorry . Worst service we have ever had, and that is saying something….

Not only did they take forever to answer the drive-through speaker, but while taking my order, the employees were laughing in the background as well as the employee who was taking my order. The employee who was working the window and took my payment didn’t even have a proper uniform on, dude was in his pajamas. It took forever to even get my food and the employee making the sandwiches had to ask what I ordered when I had done so already. It’s unfortunate cuz this is the only schlotzsky’s left in El Paso and the food is good but The employees are gonna break this chain.

Went to Schlotzsky’s for dinner. Ordered a Pick two. Got a chicken enchilada soup, and a bacon grilled cheese sandwich. The soup was really good, , but not too warm. The sandwich I got was about the length of a fork from Schlotzskys, and about as wide as two forks. I thought I had paid for a sandwich and soup, but apparently not. I paid for a taste of a sandwich and a soup. In my order, they also put a half cup of what looked like half eaten tomato and basil soup. Didn’t eat that, looked really nasty, plus it was very cold!!! I was really disappointed with my visit today.
