22 minutes to get an order and could not do a refund. Too much talk and not enough work.

This is an airport go to. The sandwiches are reliably tasty, and huge. I often take half or more with me and finish it for dinner at my destination (airport location).

One of the worst places to work. The job was easy it was just the people that were to lazy to do anything. Especially the management! I did everything for that store. Went above and beyond from getting the stock, cleaning, working by myself at times and even making the bread. Everyone always had something to complain about me “not doing my job” when I was one of the hardest workers there. I always had to clean up after everyone and they still found ways to complain!!! The workers didn’t care, they’re dirty, and they whine about customers.

I have unit schlotzsky’s a whole bunch of times and always liked their food. this schlotzsky’s is in the Albuquerque airport and it has limited selections. That’s okay but I don’t understand why the bread is different. The bread was very very dry. Also, They were very understaffed and could not handle the amount of traffic

I ordered the Smoked Turkey and Avocado sandwich. I’m gf, and they offered me a gf bun for an extra fee. The gf bun was soft, and there was an abundance of meat. The sandwich was delicious! I’ve never been to a sandwich/sub shop with a gf sandwich option, and this is the first time I’ve been to a Schlotzsky’s. It is a bit expensive, but all airport food is. I’ll definitely check into the other locations in Albuquerque.

I tried their Beef Bacon Smoke Cheesy sandwich. Service was fast but the sandwich was a disappointment. The beef had a rubbery texture and not much flavor. The bacon was undercooked and not very flavorful, and the bottled water was outrageously expensive. I normally go to Panda Express at the airport. It’s not gourmet, but at least it’s flavorful. I was in a hurry and thought a sandwich would be quicker. I think I’ll pass next time.

The sandwiches seemed pretty big size, very expensive but of course that’s because it’s the airport, but once we ate them they just turned our stomachs.. most likely because it was fast food. I tried to order a chicken sandwich but they were out of chicken around 3 pm on a Sunday afternoon. Staff was okay not friendly but not rude

The meal cost me over 13 bucks, I understand it was inside an airport so prices or much higher, but at least make it worth it. The bread was very dry and almost stale, cheese was not melted on sandwich and olive spread was just some olives thrown on sandwich.
