Neighborhood bar. Not fancy, tables are arranged chaos but friendly staff. Aldin was great. Many TV screens. Pull tabs. The cheese curds were yummy and not greasy. The open face got roast beef sandwich was ok. The juicy Lucy was good but needed some toppings to put it over the top. The tator tots were excellent. The room is very loud. They have bands on Saturday on Saturdays from fall to spring. New outdoor patio would be fun to try.

The food was good n all and the bartender was great!!! But holy F – $30 for four 12oz twisted tea??? What in the actual F??? I could buy a 30 pack case for $19!!! That’s a little effin steep!!! Screw that. I’ll never drink here again. That’s a quarter days wages gone in 38 minutes. F that!

hadnt been in years. so upset it has taken me so long to go again. ive been 3x in last month. it is a perfect old school bar thats clean and has a great menu, and great restrooms and outdoor seating. and its in my town of golden valley. hidden gem. thanks for keeping this place going. j

My wife and I were just here for lunch on Saturday. This is a go to place for us when we are in this part of town. Very disappointing. Titos and soda was flat and the bartender refused to make it over again, said “order something else”. Castle Danger tap was cool but not cold and tasted like it was the first one poured in a day or two. Patty melt, no toasted bun and was the size of a kid’s portion. Combine that with the tables scattered and shoved together with no sense of order, it just felt like they need to push reset and tighten up the food, drinks and overall organization.
