Might be the best burger in Alameda—juicy, flavorful, and nicely presented. The fries were crisp and tasty, too. My only complaint is that the fountain soda, which was not Coke or Pepsi but some independent brand I’d never heard of, didn’t have much flavor—but, never having tasted it before, I don’t know if that was the fault of the soda itself or if it needed more syrup.

We were looking for a quick bite on our way to the airport and just happened to stumble on this place. Prices were off putting at first, but the portions and the flavor made up for it. We shared the blueberry burger and a full portion of the scampi fries – without a doubt one of the best burger and fries we’ve ever had. I would make a special trip out of the way for this on my next visit to the Bay Area.

DELICIOUS! Will definitely be back. Good portions, the garlic fries were on point – if you love buffalo flavor you will love their fries too but it was a little too hot for me. The blueberry burger was amazingly good, as well as the regular burger.

The Classic Burger is perfect and satisfying. The ingredients are fresh. The buns are toasted on the grill. and prepared with house sauce. Everything is in proportion. Even the pickles have an elevated taste, No need to add bacon or avocado;simply RESPECT THIS BURGER!

Had the spicy fried chicken sandwich and buffalo and bleu cheese fries. Sandwich was crispy (most importantly), bun was moist and soft. Not very spicy, though everyone’s tolerance is different. The employees were friendly and I only had to wait about 10 minutes for food. There is a lot of seating during covid at the picnic benches on the sidewalk. Would recommend! Only minus one star due to somewhat high prices (no doubt attributable to expensive rent at this location + DDD exposure).
