Great customer service and tasty GF & Vegan treats! I live out of state and was looking for a GF and vegan place to send something sweet to my daughter for her birthday. My other daughter found Scoops Dessert Bar online so I called them to see if they deliver on Sundays, which they do! Brittany (who I spoke with and is also the owner) was patient with all my questions and flexible with my change in delivery time (no delivery fee!). I ended up ordering a variety pack of four ice cream sandwiches. Brittany said she would write a birthday greeting on the box. They were delivered at time requested. My daughter was thrilled by this “sweet” surprise! She sent the attached photo and said she tried a bit of the cookie and it was delicious. She also asked me for their info so she can visit them in person (they make GF churros every other weekend, next on her list to try!).

Fabulous new place with unique flavors and a large selection. There’s an outdoor area and the indoor area is very charming and quaint. I don’t recall seeing such a wide range of vegan options in very interesting flavors ever. My loved it!!

We love Scoops Dessert Bar in Chicago! It is such a great addition to the area! They have a great menu and amazing gluten free options! The brownie batter cookie is our favorite. They also have 2 dog friendly flavors and love to have furry customers! We love to see dog friendly places in our Chicago neighborhood and also love supporting our local small businesses

SO GOOD!! I’m beyond happy to see a new vegan and gluten free place in Chicago. I had the ice cream sandwich and the cookies were the perfect texture for it. Scoops is super cute inside and it’s family owned and ran by the nicest people. Can’t wait to go back!

As a couple with lots of food restrictions scoops made our celebration feel normal and so sweet ! We were so excited that we would be able to have a cake free of gluten and animal products at our party. Not only was the cake perfectly decorated it was one of the most delicious cakes we’ve had! Scoops essentially said no flavor combo was off limits so what we wanted was up to us. The made to order time was so quick too. I’m so glad I was able to receive such a delicious custom cake from scoops and they will most definitely be apart of our celebrations in the future !

I always crave sweets in the fall, especially pies or anything apple cider (yum), and I am so happy I found this place! Not only were the pies delicious but they were completely gluten free and vegan (extra bonus)! Would recommend popping into this cute little local spot for some grab and go goodies or a scoop of ice-cream that was so good you’d be surprised to find it was all plant-based.

Super and cute shop! Loved to find this all vegan spot when we spent the weekend in Chicago. The staff kind and helpful! Their mean is pretty allergy friendly (no nuts in most items). They serve NadaMoo ice cream. And they have the cutest little donuts!

I live in NYC, but I make it my business to visit Scoops each time I visit Chicago! I’m not even vegan and I think the taste equivalent lot regular ice cream if not, better! The staff is nice, professional and welcoming and the owner Brittany is the sweetest! I rarely ever leave reviews, but I highly recommend this place!
