I always get an iced matcha here, and the morning staff are my absolute favorite people. I rarely ever have an issue, but if I do, they are always ready to make it right! I’ve never liked Starbucks or Dunkin’s, and I certainly wouldn’t travel for them, but I would for scooters

I love love love Scooters don’t get me wrong! The girls that work there are always so sweet each time I show up! But the teenage boys that served me today were disrespectful- my order was partially wrong, they were rude and the maple sandwich I got was just thrown into the bag, no wrapping or anything and it was all messed up.

Wish I could give 0 stars. The lady at the drivethru window was really rude. I found a brown curly hair from her attached to my cup. I have blue hair. As soon as I grabbed my last drink she slammed the door. Probably the worst experience I’ve had. I’ll never be back to this location.

My spouse ordered the plain hot latte. Not Much taste at all, it tasted like warm milk, certainly no taste of coffee or foam. I hate the Carmelicious Blender and that was a whole different story. Nice espresso flavor and not too sweet. That one was a keeper for sure and elevated the review from a three star (the service was fantastic), to a four star.

They are always so friendly and helpful here! I couldn’t decide between a smoothie or a quencher this morning so I got both. I also got their apple caramel mini cake and oh my goodness! I wish it was an all the time thing and not seasonal because it was hands down the best mini cake I’ve ever had.
