I’ve only been to various Scooters a couple of times and the woman who took my order was helpful with picking out my flavors. Went full basic fall with a cold brew with pumpkin flavor and pumpkin cold foam. I was very happy with this interaction. I think the little sticker on the lid is cute.

I stop by this place everyday day and get coffee and breakfast. After today it will be my last time visiting this place. I got charged for a sandwich I didn’t order and cashier charged my card and never offered to refund me the difference for a sandwich I did not even want. I will go somewhere before I come back here to this place again.

I’ve always enjoyed the friendliness of the staff at this location. The coffee is usually absolutely wonderful. My usual order is a Lg hot carmelicious with an extra shot of espresso. However, the last time I visited, I ordered that but there was no caramel in it whatsoever. It was around 5:45 AM, I was on my way to work and didn’t realize this until I was too far away to go back. I ended up going to the location on Merle Hay to grab the correct drink, as I was still on my way to work. In essence, I paid $15 for the correct cup of coffee that day.

The staff at this location is always so friendly and caring. I live local and go there too often to publicly admit, but not once have I encountered a grumpy, tired, or sassy barista. I keep it simple with a vanilla latte, but my daughter loves their wild berry smoothie! I would highly recommend this place!

I usually have an awesome experience at this location and love coming by! Today I noticed the employee who took my order and greeted me at the window didn’t seem to be in a good mood. Though it put me off, I still graciously tipped due to my past awesome experiences. When I was waiting for my order, the window stayed open and I saw and overheard a group of employees standing around together and gossiping about another employee saying she could/should get fired. I thought this was extremely unprofessional and very rude in general. These things shouldn’t be said on a regular, let alone in front of a customer.
