We live up the street we get scooters at least 4-5 a week same drink same size drove up yesterday coming from mall almost closing time got there an ordered and when they have us our drink it was spilling everywhere the young lady said she was sorry she couldn’t get the lid on and as we drove off and by the time we cleaned the cup and try to enjoy it we couldn’t the flavor was basically to sweet to drink it was awful and we passed a couple of scooters on the way home because we usually buy from this store understand it’s close to closing time but always bad service at the end of the day even worse now that they close at 8 instyof 9 pm thanks

Great service and yum yum refreshing smoothies! At this location, I’m always greeted with a happy face that has a smile and ends the experience with, have a nice day. I’ve gotten hooked on Scooter’s recently. I have to say my experience at this particular one has always been good. The wait is never terrible with how long it is. The staff is actually, genuinely friendly. Would 10/10 recommend!

Awful experience. I used to live in the Midwest and coming home and getting Scooter’s is always a treat. I understand that COVID-19 has caused issues everywhere with understaffing. 45 minute wait…is ridiculous and that was just to order. It took another 5-10 to even receive our order after we pulled up to the window. We didn’t have complicated orders or multiple. We ordered one blender and one hot coffee. We would have left but the narrow drive through makes it hard so you get stuck. Both times we visited, our orders have been messed up. Even after continuously repeating our orders, it was messed up. Very disappointed and unfortunately this is where I stop going. I’m sad to see such a nostalgic favorite of mine go down hill.

The gal in the drive through couldn’t answer my questions regarding dosages of caffeine and instead of looking in a guide she recommended I download the app and look for my answer there. Furthermore, the drink was not appropriately blended and had to be consumed with a apparatus other than a straw.

The people are nice. The decor though… it’s like your stuck in a beige purgatory. The art work is sparse and the floor lamp in the corner is right from 1992. It’s got all the makings of a grandparents house with none of the charm or warmth.
