Employees seem to be more interested in talking for 10 minutes than the 4 other cars in line waiting. This happens every morning with the same car. Let alone the price of the coffee is very inconsistent and order stays the same. This location has gone down since the male manager left.

How hard can it be to make a cup of coffee? Apparently, very difficult for the crew at Scooters. I asked for a large decaf coffee with cream and 3 Stevia. I received a medium latte with extra foam. Very disappointing. Breakfast sandwich was small and salty, yuck.

Good coffee drink selection; little on the spendy side, as are most coffee shops nowadays. Friendly staff. Drive-thru is very narrow with a sharp turn point; not enough room for customers with pickups/larger SUV’s.

I like them. but there is one male that works there blondish hair older maybe 30-40’s he’s rude. it says on their website they can modify any food item but when I came to this location he rudely & blankly said “No” to me when I asked for my everything bagel to be a turkey patty. I just had done this at the 12th st location yesterday so I’d assume all locations work the same he said “okay” when I told him the other location had done it. I do not complain honestly working in the hospitality business. I get it but wow
