First time stopping by today. The staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had. I got the pumpkin Caramelicious blended which was great. Also I ordered the everything bagel sandwich which was surprisingly good. Overall I’d recommend this place for the drinks and friendly staff.

Everything WAS great until they messed up my whole order! Sent in about the drinks got told I would have not 1 but all 3 of my drinks fixed at no cost! Sounded great! However unfortunately I was unable to be at the store at the same time as the manager with multiple attempts resulting in only one drink being corrected at no cost! I paid the almost $8 per drink for it to taste good unfortunately my extra shots were dead and made the drink horrible!

Didn’t tell me my total didn’t give me a receipt. The one lady from the other day has hella attitude. This place is ran by kids who have no sense of good customer service. Y’all also need a flavor menu had no idea what different flavors of lattes I can get I’ve only been here one other time and it was the lady with attitude. Y’all need to start telling people their total before you run the card maybe they wouldn’t like it just a thought. You know reverting back to that good customer service thing which your people seem to lack very much so.

Iced coffee was pretty good made kind of sloppy but it was fine. After paying for my drink and my breakfast sandwich they informed me they were out of that sandwich and asked If I wanted something different, I told them a muffin for my daughter was fine. I really don’t mind that they were out, but I did find issue with selecting what was most likely a lower priced item and not being offered back the difference that I paid. I wasn’t offered a receipt, the line was long and I had somewhere to be so I didn’t make an ordeal about it but that definitely isn’t a cost the customer should have to absorb, but without having a receipt I’m not sure what the difference may have been, I’ll have to check their menu next time I stop by.
