I love this location. The staff is always nice and pleasant. The only drawback I am finding is how the whipped cream is now lacking. It used to be great but now it’s a little bit. I get inflation is a thing but even when you pay for extra whipped cream you’re still getting what’s pictured.

blended peanut butter cup tasted different from other locations. not much flavor and staff here gets annoyed when you ask questions about the menu, biggest turn off when it comes to a buisness for me. every menu varies from place to place so customer questions is something you should expect while working, you are not above helping people. i was getting coffee for my coworkers today, they even got the order wrong and blamed me, then forgot one drink. by the time she brought to my car it was melted but she still had the nerve to tell me i had it wrong and for future reference ‘that’s not what its called’ with a melted and almost missing drink…. you have the nerve to say that to me? and i spent my lunch break in your parking lot. for 3 simple drinks.

I really hate to use this platform to complain. I cannot find a direct customer service outline and I never get a Reciept. I am always disappointed every time I get anything from this location. I get the same thing every time and it never tastes the same. I get a vanilla oatmilk latte and today was the worst. I got a straight up mocha. Regular milk. Thick chocolate. I don’t know if their speaker is broken, Or what is going on but I never get my order right and as someone who loves to get coffee from here once a week, it’s very disappointing.

I absolutely love this Scooters location! It has become a regular stop for my husband and I because of the great service and delicious coffee. The baristas are so sweet and do a nice job balancing friendliness and efficiency. After having a baby this winter I would come here as a way to get out of the house for a few minutes, and the coffee definitely perked me up after sleepless nights. Grateful to have this Scooters in Raymore!
