Not really impressed. I’ve been 3 times now over the course of a year, and each time I am never impressed. The service isn’t horrible, the wait wasn’t to bad either. Just overall not a fan of the product/ pricing. It was just under 13 dollars for a water; with a shot of the Strawberry stuff, which tasted/ looked like they just shot a little bit of sugar free flavoring, and an ice coffee that I ordered was my the best I didn’t think either. Not saying they’re horrible, just thinking I’ll stick to Starbucks for price, at least it tastes better for price.

The staff are rude to their fellow employees. I have pulled up in the drive thru on more than one occasion and have seen a girl crying at the window. This week when I went, a younger female employee was being verbally put down loud enough so that we could hear. I don’t know if this person is in management, but it needs to be stopped. Clearly it’s a toxic work environment.

Friendly workers but another worker off clock walked in and they all must have got distracted from all the yelling cause they didn’t put coffee in my iced turtle it tasted like expensive chocolate milk and didn’t want to hear all the yelling either.
