Even before i started working here i have always loved their drinks. All the espresso is ground fresh and tamped by hand. Milk is steamed at the moment of the order and they even have alternative milks for allergies like mine!

Traditionally a good place to get coffee over the past decade it was quite a bummer today to get shortchanged. I ordered a frappuccino they gave me an iced coffee and the cup was stacked to the brim with ice very little coffee in it. They tried to make a frappuccino out of that and it was nothing but ice there was almost no coffee at all as you can see from the picture after drank the melted ice with no coffee down to half the cup. I made the best of the situation but with the extra shot of expresso I was out nearly $9 for a flavorless snow cone.

while the server was friendly the order was all wrong. I ordered a cold brew and I got an iced coffee…those aren’t the same things. to make matters worse, the “iced cold brew” — or whatever I ordered — was watered down

I go to this scooters one or twice a week since my office is right across the street and I have to say that I have yet to have a bad experience (hopefully I don’t jinx myself) but the staff here is amazing. Whether it be their freaky Friday costumes or random questions. I never wait longer than a few minutes for my drink and have pleasant interactions. Starbucks could never, btw.
