Ordered blended white mocha for granddaughter and my husband wanted to try something with double shots asked about what would be good. The order taker mentioned a triple shot expresso and he said ok. We don’t know what an expresso is, figured it was a cup of coffee with triple shot caffeine. Got to the window he opened the cup to see if there was anything in it and just the shots I guess. He asked if he could get coffee with it, the lady said very rudely, “that’s what u ordered” he said I know but i would like a cup of coffee with it, again she said again “that’s what u ordered” even more rude than before. She said it one more time and we left. There is NO reason for her to be so rude. My granddaughter goes to scooters at least once ot twice a week. We will not be going back to this location. Customer service was horrible.

I asked for a nitro cold brew. It only comes in small. Fine. Can you add ice to a medium cup and pour to small into the medium cup with ice. They refused. So much for customer service. I drove off and will never be back.

I’ve been here twice, I’ve ordered the iced caramelicious, the blended caramelicious, the blended mocha and a cinnamon roll. They were all pretty good, compared with other coffee shops the amount of time you wait is outstanding, very quick service.
