I’m glad to have found Scooters, especially this location. We don’t this option where I live so we’re stuck with the overpriced, under performing Seattle based monopoly, in most areas. The coffee here is always tasty, served quickly, and the staff is always cheerful. Thanks for being so customer focused and for delivering a consistently positive experience. This has been the case at every Scooters I’ve visited.

I have yet to go to a scooters that has let me down. But they work with coffee all day! What could be better than that!! The young lady at the window made small talk while we waited. Must be in tha training because they all do. Good job scooters owners!!

I came from out of state to visit with family and we all went to get some coffee. They recommended this place. The coffee was good, but the customer service was horrible. After they handed us our drinks the girl rudely said “next time call ahead if you’re going to order so many drinks.” Mind you we had 5 people in the car and ordered for each person so how were we supposed to know? Secondly, she didn’t have to have an attitude the entire time like she was miserable to be there. And finally, there was No One in line so what was the rush? If you don’t want to work, quit. The manager was rude about it when I called as well and said, “yea, that’s our policy.” So the next day we went to the other Scooters on Campus, ordered the same amount, and they had no issues, didn’t say we had to call ahead and they were super friendly. I don’t recommend this one.

The three stars is for the friendly service. I got a peanut butter blended coffee drink with espresso. Honestly for the price($7.00 for a medium) I was very underwhelmed. Very little peanut butter or coffee flavor and the consistency was more of a thick shake then a blended drink.

Great tasting coffee (slightly pricey). The cinnamon buns are fluffy and decently priced. What made it a bad experience was the burritos, they are over priced, and taste like a frozen burrito from the grocery store(ingredients are mushy too).
