Not sure if this is a daily thing or just today. Litterly sat for 10 mins in drive thru waiting for someone to take my order. Im pretty patient until there a line of cars starting behind me and no one in front of me. Then I finally said something and someone took my order told me to pull to second window. I waited another 5-10mins and not even 1 person came to greet me at the window take payment or give me my drink.I ended up driving off as well as the other people behind me. I only had 1 drink I ordered. This has to be the worst location and experience Ive had at a scooters.

Terrible service. The drive thru line was so long so we went inside. Drive through was getting served quickly while the lobby was not. I waited 20 minutes for my order and people who came in after me had their orders before me. I had to ask where my order was they said it got “lost” and was making now. Then when I finally got it, it wasn’t even right and our sandwich was cold. No apologies, just “here’s your drink”. Will never go to that location again.

I don’t drink coffee regularly but I have several business meeting proposals that end up suggesting a coffee place. I pick Scooters in Elkhorn every time. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and it’s easy to have conversations because of the table arrangements. They also have delicious blueberry muffins. Unlike the other coffee places in town they have a #Bold and amazing tasting hot chocolate.

The service was awful, It took 45 minutes to get 2 coffee’s and 2 breakfast sandwiches 1 sandwich was still frozen because one employee was to busy eating to wait on customers I would not recommend this location to anyone
