3 times I’ve been here. Every time my blended frozen mocha coffee tastes as if they’re skimping on ingredients. Very bland. Today I also splurged and bought a sausage egg and cheese bagel. It was still cold, wasn’t cooked long enough. What a bummer. I definitely will not be back to this location.

This isn’t fun to make this review because I never let bad experiences at food places stick with me. I’ve gone to this Scooters for a few years now. I came in at 7:05 pm on 10/20 and one of the workers was putting all the chairs up. I ordered my drink and then asked the worker if I could put a single chair down in the corner and sit with my books that I had in my arms. The worker went stock-still and said that they were cleaning the floors. I was confused as to why I couldn’t sit in a small spot while they mopped and I asked the worker point blank if I couldn’t sit down and they said no because they were mopping.

Drink was the your average Scooters. The lady taking our order was very nice but the lady making the order… not so much. She added whipped cream when both I and the lady repeating the orders back said I didn’t want it. When we said “excuse me, we didn’t want whipped cream”, she rolled her eyes, opened the drink, scooped out the cream, and gave it back. As if it was our fault, or as if we never mentioned that we didn’t want cream. What if we were allergic to whipped cream?

To be honest the service was great and all but it’s probably the main appearance that’s worth a review like this. I think that the floors aren’t that clean and there wasn’t enough chairs for each table. It’s also fairly loud in there most of the time. So I think it’s best if you only order here and leave afterwards.
