There was a very upset person ahead of me. For some reason she was not a happy camper. Once I got to the window the barista asked me if I wanted whip on my blended caramelicious. I asked him they have never asked me that before and and I’ve always have gotten my drink with it. From what he explained to me is that the lady that was ahead of me was upset because they made her drink with the whip on it. They remade her order and she was still not happy. I think they did a very good job staying professional with that lady. The barista was super friendly and made sure my order was how I wanted it. My drink was delicious!

I should’ve read the reviews prior to coming here. This place likes to rip off its customers. A small black coffee with added flavor is $4.55. Interestingly, a small vanilla latte is approximately $4.80. With prices like these, I’m better off with Starbucks, which is just down the road.

She made my drink wrong and then argued that she didn’t. She refused to remake it, and I had to throw it away. I’ve been a regular with scooters long enough to say that this is the end. Scooters no longer cares about the quality of their product or satisfaction of their customers.

Reagan and Paige were so patient and helpful with all my questions I’ve never been a coffee drinker but I wanted to try a smoothie and had some questions and they seemed more than happy to help! It honestly made my day as I was nervous to even go after a horrible experience with the Starbucks down the street. If you want to spend your money in a place that cares about their customers new ones included then this location is the place to go.

I have been a regular at this location for more than a year now; the manager and crew have provided nothing less than stellar customer service to me every single time I have been there. The staff make an effort to ask about my day, memorize my name and regular order (even new staff, which makes me wonder if the manager has a training program to teach them about the regulars), and they even remembered my birthday in November after I had mentioned it in June. The coffee is always exactly how I want it, and is ready by the time I pull around every time.

I was going here for about a week and everything was fibe but the last three days that I have went my coffee was made wrong. There was no Carmel drizzle, and I asked for no whipped cream and they still added whipped cream. Then when reminded they just scrapped the whipped topping off which still left some in my cup. I will no longer be spending my money at this location!

It was pouring rain out and we were in a bit of a hurry. We sat at the speaker and said hello about 20 times and then sat there for a good 3-5 minutes in the RAIN. Eventually we decided to just pull forward. We were greeted with instant attitude. She was getting mad and telling us that we were supposed to order at the speaker and she claimed that she said hello multiple times back. She took our order and was still being rude. We gave them a tip anyway and then she immediately was happy with us and nice. I love scooters and I hope that you can either train them more or if worse comes to worse find different employees. I hope the owner of this franchise fixes this problem and soon.
