I’ve lived down the road for 3 years. My first 2 years I loved getting coffee here. Great flavor. For the last year I’ve avoided this location because I get milky Caramel water. Finally went back today and she made me another one telling me it had 4 shots in it. There was very little coffee flavor still (I order the same drink so I know what it looks and tastes like). When I go to other locations I don’t have this issue. Unfortunately, other locations aren’t near by so I go to Dunkin instead. Please address this issue at this location.

Generally, I am a big fan of Scooters and not a big fan on reviews, but holy heck the new Scoot Energy drink is wildly overpriced. I ordered one today and it rang up as 6$. Okay, no biggie 6$ is high for a drink so I was expecting a fairly large sized energy drink (20oz at least). I received possibly 10oz (there wasn’t an option to select size). Factoring in ice there was probably the equivalet of 3/4 a can of Red Bull. It tastes fine, but for 6$ you’re better off getting 2-3 cans of Red Bull (or equivalent) for that price. The people at Scooters are always great and happy so I’ll continue to go there – but only for coffee. Again, and especially at this location, the folks who work there are outstanding. I know they don’t set the prices.

One thing that always seems to be overlooked in restaurant design is acoustics. Your customers have to be able to hear each other, and not compete with the very loud Expresso machine, or fans, or whatever. The noise level was about 70 db during my visit.

Wife and I went in for our Saturday morning coffee. Today our ice carmelicious with an extra shot and ice brew coffee were super watery. I requested a remake which they did but the new ones tasted awful as well. Asked the asst manager if they changed the recipe but she said they always make them that way. Guess the wife and I’s tastebuds have changed overnight!
