This is one of the most un-walkable neighborhoods in Omaha. I would never come here if my office wasn’t nearby. I bike to work and cannot be served coffee here because “it’s a liability issue” to serve people without cars apparently.

I comeup every night for a year around 6. Friendly staff.. I came at 11.10 am today the lady was so rude . I requested can I come up to explain you my oder if difficult and you going to mess it up. She said no. I was like ok.. I gave her the order and she did mess it up. She opened the can of redbukl. I told her she got to replace it. Asked if there is a difference between training cause she is rude. I got the window slammed.. I called back to ask the name told them going to complain she didn’t give out the name. Then she game the name ANNA.. I think its false . I called the complain number ..

The three times I’ve been to this location they have ruined my drink. I keep thinking to myself the convenience is worth giving them another shot. This store is down the road from my house, literally 2 minutes away and i guess I’ll just go to other stores where they can fulfill my simple request.

Thank you to the baristas that brought me to tears with their kindness this morning. I’m a new mom that was having a ROUGH day. I forgot my wallet and thought I called this Scooters to see if they would accept Apple Pay, but I apparently called a different location. The baristas gave me a free coffee since I didn’t have another way to pay. Thank you for making my day ladies!

The girls working were really sweet.The coffee was mediocre, but I can’t stand Starbucks. The Carmel muffin was good, but would have been better with less sugar. I think their pricing is a bit high for mediocre coffee. Still prefer them to Starbucks which gives me a headache every time.

I love scooters but the new one on 72nd near Grover already lost a few customers. We went thru the drive-thru and ordered our drinks. After receiving the drinks one was not even mixed well you could see all of it in the bottom of the cup. They were both very runny!! Like water!! We went back to the drive-through and the girl on the speaker told us that they could make our drinks new. When we got to the window the girl who made the drinks came and proceeded to tell me that we were wrong that it was because an extra shot was added to the drink is why it didn’t mix well and also why it was runny. I have been getting blended drinks forever from scooters at different locations and never had a problem and if I did they corrected it right then and there. I’ve never had anybody argue back with me and basically tell me I was wrong about everything. She finally asked me if I wanted to have my drink redone. I told her after arguing with her for the last 10 minutes I didn’t want nothing to do with them and no thank you for the New drink. it took me forever to find the telephone number to speak to her manager about it I had to call other scooters to get the number and when they asked me what was wrong and I told them they offered to make me a new drink at their location how thoughtful but I told them it wasn’t necessary I just wanted the manager to know that her staff argues with their customers and are very rude. I will never be returning there and I don’t suppose with this kind of attitude they’ll be staying at that location for very long I Was told there are different owners to different scooters so that can be the difference in what kind of service you get my suggestion don’t go to 72 By Grover unless you want bad customer service the other girl who was working was sweeter than ever. The one who came to the window was rude as hell. I didn’t feel a lot of kindness from the manager either she didnt seem sincere with anything she said and had no solution to make up for it not that I wanted it. I will definitely stay with my scooters elsewhere you guys rock!!!

Delicious!Mouth Watering! My coffee is Warm to my belly anytime of the day. My child love the green tea matcha smoothie. 71319 going again today for my Cup of Joe and her smoothie, Lord’s will. Scooter’s is pricey but that is okay when you love a thing sometimes you do not mind the price and when you take that first drink and it hits your taste palate and you swallow and goes down into your belly it is Mm Mm Good ! Good to the last drop! It makes me Happy!

I hope a manager will contact me regarding this review. I will start by saying I love Scooter’s coffee. I went to this location on Saturday Apr 18, sat in one of the lines with only one car in front of me. After about 5 min, the girl in the car was laughing and an employee put their head out the window smiled and waved at us, but the car in front of us still sat there for another few minutes. When we did get to the window, I asked why that took so long and the employee told me that the car in front of us was her friend and they were talking. The same car in front of us drove around and got in line behind us. When we got our drinks, I asked for a manger’s name and number. I was given a fake phone number and would really appreciate someone to contact me.
