I hope I get her name right, Keira, was very sweet and patient. It was my first time in and she was very helpful. No one else even greeted or smiled at me as I waited at the counter. I’m not complaining about the wait because they were busy but it doesn’t hurt to smile or say they’ll be with me in a minute. Thank you Keira for making me want to come back.

I walked to the counter and greeted the barista and said ‘just the bottle of water’. She looked at me and said nothing. After a few seconds she said ‘Did you want something?’ I said ‘It would be nice to be greeted’. She didn’t acknowledge me but looked at her colleague. I put the bottle of water back and went to my table. As I was walking back to pick up my bag and leave, the team members were making fun of me and said – ‘ He must be having a bad day’. I said, ‘No, I just wanted to be treated as a human being.’ I’ve had a lot of positive experiences here in the past few years. Today wasn’t one of those days.

My first time, and the coffee was actually pretty good. I got the scooter shooter which comes with a shot of expresso in it. It was made perfect my wife and daughter also ordered scooter shooters one with sugar-free vanilla flavoring and coconut milk and my daughter’s was plain like mine. They were perfect super hot Super fresh not stale or burnt coffee. The lady’s in there were super polite friendly. It’s places like this that I appreciate way more than the overrated overpriced Starbucks!

My latte with Almond milk was so creamy! I loved it, and also the Everything Bagel Sandwich was yummy! Piping hot, and just a bit spicy. Atmosphere is relaxing. Definitely would go back!

I absolutely love Scooters, it is 100 times better than Starbucks in my opinion. The staff at the Nebraska City location is wonderful. They are always kind and courteous, and they do a wonderful job. Highly recommend.

I think there may be many very tasty things sold at Scooters, but coffee is not one of them. We are getting one of these close to home, and I had never been to Scooters, so we thought we would try this one while on a road trip. Friendly staff, etc, but we were looking for a really good cup of coffee. It was soooo disappointing. I do believe it is a fundamental problem with beans. I ordered a latte breve (trying to carefully watch carbs) and it was sweetened with something…I wanted to put my own sweetener in. very bland. I wish I could give it a higher rating, but I probably won’t ever be back.
