This location is the worst of any I’ve ever seen in Lincoln or Omaha. The older blonde/brown streaky-haired woman working there has a poor attitude and acts like she’s doing you a favor by selling you a cup of coffee. The coffee isn’t that good to have to deal with her. I’d go elsewhere.

The smoothie I ordered was very good, but after I payed for the smoothies I asked her to add the amount to my rewards and the girl working told me that she couldn’t add it because she had already taken my money and closed out the order. If you can’t add to rewards after you pay they should be asking if you are a rewards customer when you pull up to the window before they take your money.

Went through this morning before our son’s basketball tournament picked up a medium blended turtle latte and a medium hot turtle latte, It was not very hot It was cold. We have never had any issues like this before with any of the scooters, I’m disappointed
