Great coffee shop. Setup with booths and lots space for studying or hanging out. Ordered a Candy Bar (Heath) mocha. They can make it taste similar to any candy bar you like. Very friendly staff. Will return if ever in Lincoln again.

The employee at the window looked pretty cold and unhappy. When I asked why she didn’t have a jacket on she forced a smile and said it was to zip me through the window and I think I saw a tear in her eye. It was not an amazing experience.

I will not return to this location ever. I dont feel like being yelled at first thing in the morning for ACTUALLY following the drive through lane. If you do go to this location don’t worry any spot you stop is part of the drive through lane even if it’s in the middle of the road way blocking other traffic and you can cut everyone off, they won’t care. Maybe we just do thing differently out of state but never have I seen customers so rude.

Always greeted with a smile. When ordering ahead, my drinks are ready when I arrive. Never get informed they are out of XYZ like the national chains.

I work at a boutique in the meridian park shopping center across from the street from this location. I usually go to Starbucks for my coffee breaks at work, but today I wanted to try scooters out! The person taking my order was so nice and gave me literally every option for my order, including recommending their new pumpkin caramelicious muffin (so good by the way!). However, the person I spoke with at the window (I didn’t catch their name, but they were wearing a tan plaid mask) was the FRIENDLIEST, NICEST, SWEETEST person ever!!! They totally made my day. Asking about my day, what I was up to this weekend, etc. It felt like I was grabbing coffee from a friend. I will definitely be coming back, the people are amazing here!!

I used to love coming to scooters very often. I really like for iced coffee in blender drinks. But I’m not very pleased with their pricing. After them charging me $15 for ice coffee I went to Starbucks which I’ve never tried before. I was very satisfied there because one they had very regional prices and I love how very drinks already originally mastered. I love the flavors I really like the chocolate chip and Java Chip. I just don’t think scooters is worth the money or the time.
