Y’all are rockstars! It’s the first time I’ve been here during an extra busy time (7:45 AM-ish) and loved how efficient your process was! But the best part was hearing the employees inside give each other encouraging and motivating words while making drinks. Love it!

I ordered one coffee for myself. I got to the window and the girl working the window took my card and took payment, never telling me an amount. Then she starts to hand me two drinks and I told her I only ordered one and mine was hot and those two were iced. I asked her how much I was charged and it was $12something (when my order should have been $5something). I told her I want a refund for that. She told me she can’t do that, only a manager can. I asked for a manager… there wasn’t one there and wasn’t going to be for a couple days. She asked if I would just take the two drinks. Of course I won’t. It’s not what I ordered and I don’t even know what it was. Well she had me leave my name and number for the manager to call me, which surprise surprise a manager never did. I tried calling them a couple times and the answer was always “there isn’t a manager here.” I guess I’m just out the money and I will not be visiting their shop ever again.

It may not be my favorite coffee (based on espresso bean/syrups) but it is the fastest in town and the lines never take long (I can be as far back as Bed Bath and Beyond and it takes 5-7 minutes tops).

Was unhappy, would expect some ice in a Large Iced Americano, but what I got for beverage was less than a small. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, it is not a value, but the service is good, I think the product is good, but not sure since I got very little to know for sure. Big Apple down the street is much better, or Caraboo in Hy-Vee

I ordered a Matcha with coconut milk, Even asked the gal after she handed it to me to double check if the had coconut milk and she said yes and after taking a couple drinks it was cows milk that I’m highly allergic to. I shouldn’t have to ask twice for coconut milk and still not get it! Will not be going back
