Amazing coffee and service is awesome. 2 stars bc the smell outside the drive through was UNBEARABLE it smells like someone took a giant dump there makes us not want to come through drive through. Certainly would park and come in if time but that smell was very unappetising.

First time here and I got the signature caramelicious. I really liked the flavor of the drink, and the cups are cute. Probably one of the best caramel coffee drinks I’ve tried ever. A bit pricey though, which is why I deducted one star. I tried the cappuccino drink too and wasn’t a huge flavor. It was bland.

I ordered my coffee with coconut milk & no whip cream because I’m dairy-free. They put whip on by mistake so I politely said I asked for no whip. The girl got a spoon, scooped some of the whip off, mixed the rest in then covered the rest with more coffee.

I love Scooters and come here often but this time my breakfast sandwich was ice cold in the middle, I turned around and let the guy know and was not offered to rewarm it or replace it. I ended up paying for another sandwich that was cold also cold.

First time here and I loved the blender carmelicious drink. Wow! A little strong on the coffee taste but still quite delightful! . Grabbed a breakfast sandwich as well, the egg and cheese biscuit. That was excellent! A but much in price versus other breakfast places, but the taste was really good!!!!

This was my very first time and when I pulled up I informed the lady on the other end of this and she told me to take my time. This made my heart smile. When I drove to the window I apologized for taking so long and she reassured me that it was fine. I shared with her that I was in the process of weight loss and had just spent an hour and 39 minutes at the gym. She clapped for me. Not only did I appreciate her being patient with me but her encouraging me and cheering me on literally made my whole day. I’m so mad at myself for not getting her name but she has a genuine smile and really long and beautiful dreads. Please give her a raise and continue to do right by her. She has the IT factor for customer service. Really great green tea match smoothie as well. I will be back because of her.
